Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes we do.

Our insurance covers for breakages plus any accidents to our staff members. We’re happy to provide you with a copy of our insurance certificate should you wish to validate it.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Someone should give the cleaners access to the property prior to the cleaning. If you cannot be there please leave the key at a safe place for our cleaners with clear instructions.

Are your cleaners trained & background checked?

Yes, all our cleaners are thoroughly trained, experienced, and undergo background checks. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies & equipment?

No, you don’t need to worry about providing cleaning supplies or equipment. Super Cleaners comes fully equipped with high-quality cleaning products and tools to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning experience.

How do I pay for my service?

We don’t take money upfront, you will only be charged after the cleaning. You can pay cash or bank transfer after the cleaning, either way you will receive your invoice in 24 hours.

What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?

We do our best to make our customers happy and keep working on improving the quality of our service. However, if you are not satisfied with how your home was cleaned, please, let us know as soon as possible and tell us what exactly went wrong and we will come back and do a free re-clean within 7 days.

What happens with my data?

We know how important your safety is, and we are very cautious with your personal information. Therefore, we don’t share your data with any other 3rd parties. You can request your data to be deleted at any time by sending us an email. Your data will be deleted automatically after one year.
